Driving Directions

From the Elkhorn Area: From Hwy 43, Take Hwy 11 exit and head east. Follow Hwy 11 through Burlington's loop and turn right onto Pine Street also called Hwy 83 South. Go four blocks and look for sign on the right that says "Town Center Plaza". We are located in the middle of the Plaza.

From the Kenosha Area: Take Hwy 50 west to Hwy 83. Turn right onto Hwy 83 heading north to Burlington. Hwy 83 north automatically turns into Pine Street. The Health Department is on the comer of Pine and State Streets. (Post Office located on the comer of State Street). Turn left on State Street and a quick right into our parking lot. We are located in the middle of "Town Center Plaza".

From Racine Area: Take Hwy 11 west to Burlington. Turn right onto Main Street. Follow the flow of traffic which will turn left onto Jefferson Street. Proceed straight to the second traffic light (by Gas Station/Library) and turn left onto Pine Street also called Hwy 83 South. The Health Department is two blocks down. Located in the "Town Center Plaza" on the right side of the Pine Street.

From Milwaukee: Take Hwy 36 south to Chestnut Street and turn left. Drive through the loop and turn right onto Pine Street or Hwy 83 South. Go four blocks and look for the sign that says "Town Center Plaza" (on right side of Pine Street) and pull into comer parking lot.

Landmarks: The Health Department is on the comer of Pine and State Streets, kitty comer from the Post Office, in the same block as the Pine Street Cafe Restaurant.
