Western Racine County Health Department provides School Nursing services to the following schools:
Kansasville Elementary
Raymond Elementary
Union Grove Consortium
Union Grove Graded School
Union Grove High School
Yorkville Elementary
School Nursing services encompasses health appraisals, disease and injury prevention, illness and special health needs accommodation, and health promotion and education. In addition the following screenings are conducted in the schools listed above:
BLOOD PRESSURE SCREENING AND RISK COUNSELING (9th grade)
HEARING SCREENING (Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd and 3rd )
VISION SCREENING (Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th)
