Resident’s Per Person Administration Fees :

   1 immunization = $10        2  immunizations = $15         3 or more immunizations = $20

Non-Resident’s Per Person Administration Fees: 

      1 immunization = $20         2  immunizations = $25         3 or more immunizations = $30   

Badger Care/Medicaid: Fee Exempt With Card

Children’s vaccines available for administration fee only:  Chicken Pox,  Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Hib Meningitis, HPV, Measles, Meningococcal, Mumps, Pertussis, Pneumococcal, Polio, Rotavirus, Rubella, Tetanus and Influenza (in season).

Adult’s vaccines available for administration fee:  LIMITED TIME ONLY:  Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis also called whooping cough), Hep A (severe food poisoning), Hep B (virus results from exposure to infectious blood or body fluids containing blood).

        TB Skin Tests are also available ($10 plus administration fee, must call 24 hours in advance to schedule).
