Resident =  $10 per visit.   Maximum charge of  $30 for a resident family.* 

Non-resident = $15 per visit.  Maximum charge $45 for a non-resident family*

                                                                                                                            *Administration fees may be waived.

 

Children’s vaccines available for administration fee only*:  Chicken Pox, Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B,

Hib Meningitis, HPV, Measles, Meningococcal, Mumps, Pertussis, Pneumococcal, Polio, Rotavirus, Rubella,

Adult’s vaccines available:  <FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY>  MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hep A, Hep B, HPV 

$10 for residents per visit, $15 for non-residents per visit and TB Skin Test ($10 plus administration fee,

must call 24 hours in advance to schedule).                                                                  

 

Blood Pressures can also be obtained for FREE at any of these locations!
